Moreton Island is a small island just southeast of Queensland and is made entirely of sand and home to the largest man-made reefs in the world. This destination is great as a day trip from Brisbane. Located in Mount Gambier, this fantasy garden became the Umpheiston Sinkhole as the result of a collapsed cave that was transformed in 1886 into today’s beautifully manicured greenery. Imagine walking through the garden of flowers and fountains while looking up at the sky above.
